Delete your Arch-Pet account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Arch-Pet and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account.
3. Read what will be erased, tick “I understand that this can’t be undone” and tap Delete my account forever.

Your account and data are deleted right away.

Without the app

Send an email to support@arch-pet.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my Arch-Pet account”. If you signed in with Google or Apple, write from that address. We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and account settings.
• The pets you own, with all their health records, vaccines, reminders, checklists, care history, photos and vet documents.
• Your lost-pet alerts, place reviews and AI assistant history.
• Your place in a shared household. If you own the household, it passes to another member, and sharing pauses unless that member has a Family Plan. Pets other people share with you stay with them.

What may be kept

• Messages you sent us through the contact form or by email, so we can answer them, for up to 2 years.
• Purchase records kept by Apple, Google Play, Stripe and RevenueCat as required for tax and accounting. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play; cancel it there to stop future charges.
